These terms apply when you use this store or place an order. By ordering, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and in plain language.
What we sell
Everything in this store is printed on demand: your item is manufactured after you order it. That is why production takes a few days (see our shipping page) and why we cannot offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse (see our returns page).
Orders and payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe.
- An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order before production for any reason (for example, a pricing error or a stock problem with a blank product) — you will be notified and fully refunded.
- You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we can reship at cost.
Product appearance
Product photos are digital mockups. Printed colors can vary slightly from what your screen shows, and placement can vary by a small amount — this is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect. Genuine defects (misprints, damage, wrong item) are covered by our returns policy.
Intellectual property
The designs sold here are owned by or licensed to us. Buying a shirt gives you a shirt, not the right to reproduce the design. If you believe a design infringes your rights, email hello@raobasit.com with details and we will investigate promptly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
